The fastest path: public issue tracker

The single fastest way to reach Paiqi Calculator is the public GitHub issue tracker. Every report filed there creates a visible record that future readers and other contributors can see, which is exactly why we prefer it over private email for most situations.

Use the issue tracker to report: a broken DOS or USCIS source link, a date that looks wrong on a chart, a translation that reads awkwardly in Chinese or Hindi, a forecast that feels clearly miscalibrated, a glossary term you think is missing, or a bug in the priority date tracker.

Aim to include the issue month you were looking at, the URL of the page where you saw the problem, the browser you were using, and if possible a screenshot. The more specific the report, the faster we can reproduce it and ship a fix.

  • Bug reports and data corrections: https://github.com/nonhelix/paiqi_calculator/issues
  • Feature requests and new article ideas: same tracker, use the "enhancement" label
  • Translation improvements: open an issue describing the language and the paragraph that reads oddly

Email for private correspondence

For anything you would rather not discuss in a public issue, email issues@paiqicalculator.com. The inbox is monitored by the same human who maintains the site, not by a ticketing system or support bot.

Typical first response time is within three business days. Emails that require cross-checking official bulletins or translating material may take a week. If you have not heard back within seven business days, please email again — mail occasionally slips through spam filters on both ends.

Use email specifically for: press inquiries (include your publication and deadline), partnership or embed-widget requests, security disclosures (please include reproduction steps and we will coordinate a fix before public disclosure), translation volunteering, and conflict-of-interest declarations.

What this inbox does not do

Paiqi Calculator is a source-backed information site, not an immigration law firm, not a visa service, not a consulting business, and not an attorney-client relationship. We cannot review your I-140, your PERM priority date calculation, or your adjustment-of-status timeline as legal advice.

If you send a case-specific question, you will get back a polite note pointing you to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) lawyer directory at ailalawyer.com, or to community forums such as r/USCIS and r/immigration for peer discussion. For official case status, always use the USCIS Case Status Online tool and your receipt number.

We do not provide refunds, payment processing help, or immigration petition fee consulting. These are government services and only USCIS, DOS, or a licensed attorney can act on them.

Security, privacy, and data-deletion requests

If you have found a security vulnerability (stored XSS, broken access control on our JSON endpoints, exposed secrets in the repository), email issues@paiqicalculator.com with the subject line "security" and a description that is specific enough to reproduce. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days.

Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable window (usually two weeks) to ship a fix. We are happy to credit you in the release notes.

For privacy questions, including requests to confirm what analytics data we hold or to opt out of non-essential cookies, see the Privacy page first. If the answer is not there, email with subject line "privacy" and describe what you would like confirmed, deleted, or corrected.

Mailing address and legal notices

Paiqi Calculator is an independent project maintained by Meng (GitHub: nonhelix). It does not operate a business mailing address, a physical storefront, or a PO Box at this time. Legal process intended for the publisher should be routed to the email address above so it can be forwarded to the appropriate channel.

If you need a contact with a verifiable real-world identity (for journalism, academic research, or official correspondence), email the address above and request a same-person verification call or signed statement. We will schedule that on a case-by-case basis.
